Sex and Intimacy Coaching is experiential therapy, rather than just theoretical. What this means is that yes - we will talk about feelings, a lot, but we will also take action, experiment and build skills. The goal of our work together will be to provide you with the tools, habits, and knowledge necessary to improve your life for the better, in the fastest amount of time possible. Having spent thousands of hours with clients over many years, I have learned that immersive coaching results in profound and sustainable change with an accelerated timeline. Higher levels of intimacy coupled with longer spans of connection produce reliable results when it comes to sex and relationships. Within this model you will be able to integrate new knowledge and skills into daily habits. You will also leave each session with homework to increase the impact of our time together.

Like most other types of therapy, the treatment duration and total number of sessions will vary for each individual or couple, depending upon your goals. A typical in-person session is 2-3 hours in duration, bi-monthly, while Zoom sessions are 60-90mins in duration, bi-monthly.

I cannot recommend this option enough! If you are looking for immediate intervention, skill-building and a life-changing experience, this is the path for you. What I love about the Experiential is that the day-long commitment provides a framework for us to create meaningful change during five hours of uninterrupted work.

The Singal Day Experiential will allow you to dive deeply into underlying intimacy issues, practice multiple new skills, and create a profound shift in your self-perception… all in one day, rather than spreading it over weeks or even months! This option is great for people living outside the Bay Area, and for people who would like to fast-track their progress.

The Single Day Experiential also includes a 60min Zoom check-in two months after we meet to continue integrating what you learned.

This is the BEST option for couples who desire meaningful connection and truly satisfying sex - RIGHT NOW! In my experience, twice the people means twice the histories, habits, hang-ups and emotions! The two day Experiential will ensure that you and your partner have the space and time you need to fully express your desires, needs, and difficult feelings in a safe and supportive container. Much like the one day Experiential, you will increase your knowledge about your desires, turn-ons, and pleasure, as well as uncover inhibiting beliefs and destructive habits. You will learn how to overcome the obstacles that have prevented you from getting what you want out of your relationship and sex-life. Additionally, you will go home with plenty of homework to practice your new skills and integrate everything you have learned.

Regardless if you are coming in solo or with a partner, there is always plenty to explore over the two day experience. The two day Experiential is the best way to accelerate you on your path to your desired outcome.
